A few times a year, a Redlands based non profit called "Mansion Memories" holds "Magical Day" Events at the Burrage Mansion. They put their hard work and creativity into giving something to families that can only be described as kind.
Though their community they give families who are going through something tough a day to let their worries slip away, to watch their children laugh and play with a princess, or have a tea party with Alice and her friends. They give these kids happy memories, beautiful and meaningful moments, and they give them hope, wonder, and joy.
These photos were from the morning session of their "Magical Day" held on April 22nd, 2017 and I love them all, I love the smiles, the surprise, and the beautiful moments that happened throughout the day. I hope you enjoy them too.
This team works so hard, from the volunteers, to the cast, to the decorators and organizers, and they all do it because they want to give back. I hope that these pictures can show those people the impact that they have, and know that they helped put these smiles on these faces. Thanks for letting me be part of the team Mansion Memories!
