  • When can i expect my order to ship? 

All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving them on the website. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours of your order please email hollizphotography@gmail.com

  • What are Product Shipping costs? 

Shipping costs vary based on the product ordered, currently, priority USPS shipping for a coaster set is $7 and usually arrives within 3-5 business days of order. Priority shipping for a pillow is $12 based on size and usually arrives within 3-5 business days of order.

  • What is the Free Local Pick Up option?

 I do offer local pick up/drop off free of charge if customer is within 20 miles of Redlands California. If your order qualifies, please select "Local Delivery" at check out. If this option is selected but customer is not within delivery range, the order will be placed on hold and customer will be contacted for resolution.

  • What Do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Please feel free to contact me via email if you have any questions, concerns, or problems with an order that has been placed or received, I will respond quickly and do my best to solve any problems immediately hollizphotography@gmail.com.

  • How are your products produced?

Each product is created using photographs I have taken and edited, then created using a third party company to produce and print. Each final product has been inspected for print quality, I have tested the products in my own home and feel that they are high quality in production as well as longevity and use.
